I bought a tamburo tom mount holder from you on Friday but didnt buy the tom arms themselves as we were not sure if the Yamaha tom block were available.
I have located 2 tom blocks so if you still have the arms I would like to order them - Ive forgotten the drill , do you give us an order no ?

By the way its a great shop- there is nothing like it in London ; there used to be back in the 80s but those days are gone!

Message: I'd like to thank Rockfactory for the service we received this week.

I was extremely miffed at terminally fragmenting my beloved (only!) acoustic guitar at the weekend. Frank gave me some invaluable advice. As a novice I found the atmosphere in the shop relaxing and felt at ease trying out countless guitars. There was no hovering and no sales pressure. Frank went about his business but was ready to answer my dumb questions I fired at him.

I am now the proud owner of a Fender T-Bucket.

Unfortunately (for my pocket) my visit didn't stop there. I spent another half hour drooling over two walls adorned with electric guitars. Again Frank was very informative and educational and I noodled about with a few more guitars.

Having slept on it overnight I'm afraid I made another visit to the shop and moments (literally) later I was going home with an Arctic White Stratocaster. *Always* wanted one!

My thanks also to another gent (sorry, didn't catch his name) when I called in today with a minor glitch which was promptly dealt with.

I would have no hesitation in going back to the Rockfactory to be separated from some more of my dwindling cash.

I purchased a Guitar Man P. Bass Style Bridge from Rock Factory for my son so that he could make his own bass guitar. We temporary fitted the bridge to the guitar and then removed it while shaping the body, a week later we were re fitting the bridge and found that 3 of the grub screws were missing. Because the product had been checked before dispatch, I guess we must have lost them, but even so Rock Factory offered to sort it out for us free of charge if we sent it back. What fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for replacing the grub screws on the bridge that my son bought from you, it arrived today. He went straight outside in the garage to finish off the guitar and is really looking forward to sorting the electronics this weekend. You have made a young man (and his father) very happy.
