How to use this site
Shopping on rockfactory.co.uk is secure and simple.
There are 3 checkout pages -
1) basket contents,
2) name and address,
3) card/paypal details.
As you browse through our store, simply enter a quantity and click "Add to Basket" for any items that may interest you. You can remove or alter the contents of your shopping basket/cart at any time by going to the checkout and changing the quantities of the products in there.
1) To change product quantities of items in your basket enter a new number in the "Quantity" box and press "Update Totals".
If you'd like to remove a product from your basket, click on the "Select" button next to the product that you'd like to remove, and click on "Delete"
An estimate of the shipping is shown - you can change the default location (London) to make the estimate more accurate, (although this is unlikely to change unless you live outside the British mainland or in the Scottish Highlands and Islands.)
2) After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT" to enter a few details (eg. name, address) that we need in order to dispatch your purchase.
NOTE TO USA customers - you need to enter your two digit state code - eg if you live in Ohio enter OH. The card processing agency needs this.
"CHECKOUT" again
You will then see the total of your order (including shipping).
3) Click on "CHECKOUT" again, and you will then be taken to the SagePay/Paypal website, to enter your card details. (this is a secure site and we don't see this information). You will then be directed back to this site to tell you if it is OK.
That's it.
Sit back and wait for your goods to arrive - usually 2 to 3 working days.
Generally we use a carrier, who will need a signature, so try to make sure someone will be in to sign for the goods. The carrier will not leave the goods in your shed or anything, they do need a signature.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free over £25 order value for most items(except Scottish Highlands + Islands). Otherwise delivery charges are calculated according to order weight to give you the best value for money. To view delivery charges add items to your shopping basket. This will not commit you to a purchase.
